FAQ TATTOOS
Results vary with each individual client and are not guaranteed as the color will heal depending on the skin. While we do use high quality premium products/tools with detail and dedication, unfortunately we have no control over your healing process (especially those with a past previous cover up tattoos or problematic skin). Every client heals differently and at different rates, many factors can lead to varied results. We cannot offer any guarantees for successful healed results and perfect symmetry/proportions for our cosmetic tattoo procedures.
Please note that additional touch-ups may be required for optimal outcomes. The use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. We do not offer REFUNDS on any services.

DEPOSITAll appointment require a deposit to secure a booking that goes towards your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment if a notice of 72 hours prior to initial appointment is given. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICYPart of our success as a small business depends on mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you miss your appointment (NO SHOW) without giving any notice, your deposit will be forfeited and we will not be rescheduling or rebooking you into any future appointments with us.
If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me immediately via email (beautywithco@gmail.com) or text/call (403 370 6680). Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and your appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, we will require another deposit.
PROCEDURE REFUSALNO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruptions. Please limit to 1 additional guest only.
We reserve the right to refuse service or fire a client for any given reason. This includes all clients who are under the age of 18 years old, breastfeeding, pregnant or have an existing brow tattoo.
PRICE RATESAll prices are subject to change at any time. Touch-up rates are for existing clients ONLY.
If you've had ANY previous work done elsewhere, please email beautwithco@gmail.com clear photos of your bare brows prior to booking so we may assess and determine whether you are deemed fit for a cover-up/correction. All previous work is considered a full service and subjected to an additional charge of $100+ depending on the severity of each case.
PAYMENTDeposits are made online the remaining amount owing can be accepted with cash. Credit/debit or cash payments are accepted.
REFUNDSNO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED ON ANY SERVICES AS IT WILL ALL BE FINAL. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
