POLICY
RESULTS & HEALING DISCLAIMER
Every client’s skin and healing journey is unique, so results may vary from person to person. While we take pride in using high-quality products, professional tools, and careful techniques, the final healed results depend on individual skin, pigment retention, aftercare, and other factors. Previous tattoos, cover-ups, and certain skin conditions may also affect the outcome. Although we strive for beautiful, balanced, and lasting results, exact color retention, perfect symmetry, and identical healed outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that additional touch-ups may be required for optimal outcomes for tattoos. We do not offer REFUNDS on any services.

DEPOSIT
All appointment require a deposit to secure a booking that goes towards your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment if a notice of 72 hours prior to initial appointment is given. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Part of our success as a small business depends on mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you miss your appointment (NO SHOW) without giving any notice, your deposit will be forfeited and we will not be rescheduling or rebooking you into any future appointments with us. For any NO SHOW appointments for Permanent Jewelry services will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately via email (inkedwithco@gmail.com) or text/call (403 370 6680). Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and your appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, we will require another deposit.
TATTOO DESIGN PROCESS
You will receive the design within 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3 free MINOR revisions are allowed, any additional would be $10 each. Any major redraws will be $50 for any additional drawing time spent.
If you change the design completely, there will be an additional $75 design change fee (example, if you want a sunflower but suddenly decide to change it to a rose). This only accounts for designs that have already been started on.
PRICING & COVER-UPS
All prices are subject to change. Touch-up pricing is available for existing clients only.
If you have previous tattoo or permanent makeup work, including brows or tattoo cover-ups, please email clear photos of the area to inkedwithco@gmail.com before booking. This allows us to assess the existing work and determine whether a cover-up or correction is suitable.
Previous work is considered a new service and is subject to an additional $100 fee, with further charges possible depending on the condition, complexity, and extent of the existing work. We’ll discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
FULL-DAY TATTOO FLAT RATES (8-HRS)
Full-day sessions reserve up to 8 hours exclusively for you. Pricing varies by artist based on their individual rates and experience.
The full-day rate remains the same regardless of how many hours you are able to sit. If you need to end your session early due to discomfort, fatigue, or personal preference, the full-day rate still applies. Any unfinished work will require a separate appointment at the artist’s regular hourly rate.
By booking a full-day session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
PROCEDURE REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service or fire a client for any given reason. This includes all clients who are under the age of 18 years old, breastfeeding, pregnant or have an existing old tattoo.
If you are under the age of 14, you must be accompanied by an adult for any Permanent Jewelry services.
PAYMENT
Deposits are made online for all our beauty and Permanent Jewelry services. For tattoos, all deposits are made via e-transfer. The remaining amount owed can be accepted through cash, credit/debit payments day of the appointments.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED ON ANY SERVICES AS IT WILL ALL BE FINAL SALE. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
