+ WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
I get it, life happens. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please notify me within 72-hours prior to your appointment scheduled so I have time to try to fill the empty slot.
Only one-time reschedules are allowed, due to the high volumes of inquiries can make things complicated.
If you need to cancel your appointment, as long as I haven’t started on your design, I will make an exception to refund your deposit. If I have already started on the design and/or if you cancel within 24-48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
NO SHOWS will be blacklisted. This is just plain rude and disrespectful to me as an artist and my business.
